For the first time, the Nippon Paint Young Designer Award (NPYDA) will reach throughout the region! Check out the following details on how to qualify for the NPYDA Regional Final.

• The competition is open to interior design and architecture students from Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Pakistan, India, Thailand, Vietnam and Hong Kong.
• The Gold Winner from each country will be eligible to compete for the regional title against the 8 other competitors.
• All finalists will be gathered from across Asia for an oral presentation in Malaysia.
• The Regional winner will walk away with cash prizes and the title of NIPPON PAINT TOP YOUNG DESIGNER OF THE YEAR 2011 across Asia.

Only the Gold Winner from each country will be required to deliver an oral presentation to a panel of judges. Presentations must be made in person in Malaysia and must be given in English. The Nippon Paint Top Young Designer Award of the Year 2011 will be determined by the judges after the crucial oral presentation.
